RFP for the Provision of Facilities Maintenance Consultant

⁠⁠⁠ECU is seeking responses from suitably qualified consultants to this Request for Quotation (RFQ) to select a Technical Advisor and Independent Evaluator to assist in the preparation of a Project Brief and, subject to further agreement, fulfill the role of Contract Advisor during the RFQ process for the ECU Facilities Management Contract. ECU reserves the right, at its discretion, to contract in whole or in part, the services listed in this RFQ.

• The key objective of this RFQ is to select a supplier with demonstrated organisation capability and experience in delivering similar project services.

The respondent may be disqualified or have responses marked down if the Respondent does not respond to the individual requirements directly in the Online Submission Form in the eProcure system. i.e. Respondent may be disqualified or have responses marked down if the Respondent chooses to upload a single document containing all responses to the tender.

Respondent should provide responses directly to each requirement in the Online Submission Form, supplemented by supporting documentation for that requirement if necessary.
