Scope of Works
Rio Tinto Hope Downs 4 mine site requires a service provider to supply and install a new swimming pool and surrounding lounge area, works include but is not limited to:
- Replacing a large pool like for like (e.g. same size/shape; new filtration, chlorinator etc.) For completeness, the small pool does not require changing and will remain as is
- Shade sails to be placed over both pools
- Replace fence surrounding the pool area
- Create a social zone in the lower right corner of the complex. To contain artificial turf, shade picnic benches, loose furniture, palms etc.
