Tender Description
This Tender is for the Supply and Delivery of Concrete Pipes to the following Councils:
- Bogan Shire
- Bourke Shire
- Brewarrina Shire
- Central Darling Shire
- Coonamble Shire
- Gilgandra Shire
- Mid Western Regional
- Narromine Shire
- Walgett Shire
- Warrumbungle Shire
on an 'as required' basis for a period of 24 months from 1 October 2022 to 30 September 2024 with provision for a 12-month option as stated in Clause 2.3 of the Deed of Agreement.
INVITATION: Any person/company willing to fulfil the requirements of the proposed contract is invited to submit a tender to Regional Procurement via the Electronic Tender Box before the deadline at 10.00am on Tuesday 21 June 2022.
Tenderers must ensure they follow the Instructions and Lodgement Method in the Invitation to Tender document. Responsibility for lodgement of completed tender documents by the deadline lies solely with the Tenderer. Tenderers are advised that participating Councils are not bound to accept the lowest Tender or any Tender submitted.
