Tender Description
Programmed Facility Management (Programmed FM) has been engaged by Department of Communities to deliver a portion of the Social Housing Economic Recovery Package (SHERP).
The SHERP is to aid in the WA Covid-19 economic recovery and support the WA Construction industry while improving the lifespan and quality of homes available for social housing.

As part of this package Programmed Facility Management Pty Ltd (PFM) on behalf of Department of Communities are seeking Tenders from suitably qualified and experienced contractors to undertake Internal and external refurbishment works at the 6 nominated properties in Karratha.
