Tender Description
Approximately 20 days assignment for an external evaluator with skills working with people who have experienced disaster and skills conducting an impact evaluation. The project for tender is an impact evaluation of the NSW Floods to measure the impact of Red Cross' preparedness work in the region over the preceding months/years. There is no room in the budget for interstate travel or accommodation so this job will be suited to evaluators in the Northern NSW area (e.g. Newcastle and north of Newcastle).
