JCU invites proposals from suitable Suppliers for the supply and implementation of a Robotic Process Automation (RPA) platform and automation services.  JCU must materially scale up its activity around process automation to create the time savings and efficiencies needed for a reduced JCU workforce to operate effectively.

• To automate manual processes where significant efficiencies can be achieved;
• To eliminate/reduce the time spent on repetitive tasks to enable its employees to be freed up to focus on value add and strategic work;
• To improve turnaround time with the enabling of scaling up and down the volume of work to be done;
• To improve the user experience for students and staff with an increase in the speed and accuracy of transaction processing activities; and 
• To provide more visibility and better reporting on automated tasks
