ROI Main Contractor - 9 Osterley Way, Manukau, Auckland

⁠⁠⁠What we need
This is an invitation from Kainga Ora – Homes and Communities (the Buyer) for suitably qualified main contractors to submit a Registration of Interest (ROI) for the upcoming 9 Osterley Way contract opportunity.
The project consists of the construction of one 16-storey apartment building, comprising 123 units. In addition, the project works include the delivery of commercial and community spaces and a Kainga Ora office space. Initial estimates indicate a construction cost in the order of $100m (including civil works).
The works are to be undertaken as a build only basis.

RFP overview
Following the shortlisting process covered by this ROI, selected contractors may be invited to submit a full proposal in response to a RFP. Details of the RFP have yet to be finalised, however, the process is likely to involve:
- A one hour RFP briefing session, for all the invited Respondents;
- One hour interactive technical workshops (with individual Respondents);
- One hour contract workshops (with individual Respondents);
- Respondents to submit their proposal in response to the RFP; and
- One hour presentations from individual respondents.
