The City of Melville ("The City") is seeking a suitably qualified and experienced Contractor to provide professional consultancy services for the John Connell Reserve Masterplan. 

 
It is anticipated that the following Consultants / sub consultants will required for this contract: 
 
- Lead/Head Consultant
- Leisure/Sport/Recreation
- Environmental (natural areas + landfill / contaminated sites expertise)
- Civil Engineer
- Water/Hydraulic
- Cultural Heritage
- Landscape Architect
- Engagement Specialist
- Building Architect 
- Traffic
- Cost Managers / Quantity Surveyors
- Any others that tenderers identify.
