Member councils of the Central NSW Joint Organisation (CNSWJO) and the Riverina Eastern Regional Organisation of Councils (REROC) invite suitably qualified and experienced persons to submit a Proposal for the supply of electricity upon the conditions set out in this RFP.

The group of sixteen NSW Councils are seeking proposals from electricity retailers for renewable electricity. The resulting electricity supply agreement for each participant is to commence on 1 January 2023 for a term of up to ten (10) years.

The forecast aggregate annual load of the group is approx. 39GWh. This load is the sum of the 114 large sites and street lighting accounts for the group of councils

Please read the questions carefully and ensure all requested documentation is provided. All responses must be input into the designated response areas within the online form. Responses that are submitted as one PDF rather than in the designated boxes may not be accepted. Attachments are permitted for most questions.

Any questions in relation to the RFP are to be made in writing through this portal. Respondents should be aware that any question that requests information relating to the contents of the RFP (as opposed to functionality of the e-procurement portal) will be responded to publicly through the portal to ensure all respondents are provided with the same information.
