⁠⁠⁠Site Address: 1 & 3 Cutler Avenue & 2,4,6 Bent Street, Griffith, NSW

Brief Description of the Works:

1. Construction and associated works of twenty (20) general housing units, comprising of 10 x one bedroom and 10 x two bedroom dwellings.

2. External works including new driveways, pavements, fencing and associated landscaping.
