This Tender is invited by the Issuer.
IP Australia requires the services of a Senior Delivery Manager with experience in Electronic Document and Records Management System (EDRMS) and data migration to perform duties as directed by the agency.
Senior Delivery Manager within the Data Management team leads complex data and records management projects including decommissioning initiatives.
Deliverables include, but not limited to:
• Drive end to end project delivery and technical execution of projects, collaborating with business and technical project stakeholders.
• Act as the key point of contact for EDRMS project and related initiatives.
• Engage and negotiate with internal and external stakeholders at all levels to ensure delivery of quality business outcomes.
• Lead and collaborate with team members and various business stakeholders in an objective and proactive manner with a focus on project success.
• Develop project plans, estimates, work plans, technical status reporting, and other technical delivery documents as required
• Communicate and escalate project issues and risks as appropriate to ensure timely resolution.
• Conduct reviews and walkthroughs for all aspects of project deliverables, including technical delivery, to ensure alignment with business requirements.
• Knowledge transfer and upskill project and Data Management team.
