⁠⁠⁠Position Overview

NDIA is undertaking a transformation journey to significantly uplift its capability to service NDIS participants and their partners.
A key part of this journey is the changes to the incumbent enterprise data and reporting function to support the transformation.

Reporting to the Project Implementation Director, the Change Manager will be responsible for identifying, articulating and communicating the change impacts to impacted stakeholders of the changes to the enterprise data and reporting, as well as conducting training needs analysis and coordinating training delivery.

Additionally, they will apply knowledge and expertise to keep up to date with new and emerging change management trends and practices in order to develop practical solutions to meet business needs.

Duties

• Define a change strategy to support awareness and adoption of changes to an enterprise data, reporting and analytics function
• Deliver against the change strategy, including completing change impact assessments
• Define and deliver a stakeholder engagement plan to identify impacted business divisions and users to ensure they receive effective and timely support
• Develop and deliver a communications plan to support the change strategy
• Develop and deliver a training plan to support the change strategy
• Support the other streams of the program with communications and stakeholder engagement
• Integrate change management activities into project plan
• Define and measure success metrics and monitor change progress
• Identify, assess and report possible change risks or issues, as well as recommending treatment strategies
• Prepare written briefings and advice to senior leaders and governance bodies on planned change roll-outs
• Align with the Agency’s project management methodologies to meet deadlines and produce high quality outcomes that address business needs within a complex environment
