ABOUT SINGLETON: Located at the gateway to the famous Hunter Valley vineyards and surrounded by untouched national parks, Singleton was founded on agriculture, driven by coal and sustained by the Hunter River. Singleton is home to a population of approximately 24,000 who enjoy the diverse food and wine, industry, history, sports and art and culture.

ABOUT THE TENDER: Singleton Council is seeking tenders from suitably qualified Contractors The Service Provider will provide scheduled cleaning services at a number of the Principals operations buildings and community buildings and will seek to:
- Maintain the amenity of the facilities
- Maintain a clean a safe environment for users
- Maintain hygienic and sanitary conditions in all areas
- Assist with prevention of pest infestations

The required cleaning services will vary at each of the sites and be dependent on the type of facility. The facilities that will require cleaning services under this contract include:
- Offices
- Training and meeting rooms
- Community halls
- Function spaces
- Storage rooms
- Library spaces
- Computer and study rooms
- Park toilets and BBQ's
- Bathrooms
- Kitchen and lunchrooms
- Computer and study rooms
- Windows
- Reception and foyers
- Corridors
- Courtyards and paved outdoor areas
- Footpaths

ENQUIRIES: All tender enquiries should be directed to the tender online forum via the e-tendering portal.

SUBMISSIONS: Completed responses can ONLY be submitted via the electronic tender box provided in the format provided as per the Conditions of Tendering. Tenderers will receive a Successful Submission Receipt timed and dated upon completion.
In the preparation and submission of the tender and without limiting the Tenderers obligations, the Tenderer shall submit a tender which includes all Schedules including the Tender Form and any other declaration required filled in and signed, together with any other documents, information and details necessary to make the tender complete. The Tenderer shall not submit a tender without a firm intention to proceed nor engage in any form of collusive practice not directly or indirectly canvass support from an elected member or employee of Council at any time.
Council staff are unable to respond to verbal enquiries in relation to the proposal. Late, verbal, faxed or emailed proposals will not be accepted.

A MANDATORY PRE-TENDER/SITE MEETING: Will be held on Friday 20 May 2022 at 10am starting at 12-14 Queen Street Singleton NSW 2330 with further details and registration process located within the Conditions of Tendering.
