Tender Description
The Shire of Coolgardie is seeking to engage the services of suitably qualified and experienced suppliers to undertake the full delivery of remedial works to Tenancy 5 at the Coolgardie Post Office Complex, including repair, restoration and replacement of fire-damaged fabric, demolition and reconstruction works as set out in the Specification included in the RFT.
It is anticipated that the Date for Practical completion of the works will be no later than 29 April 2023.
Mandatory Site Visit
Tenderers are required to attend a mandatory site visit. The date for the site visit is Thursday, 26 May 2022 at 14:30 at the Coolgardie Post Office, Bayley Street, Coolgardie. Please contact the Shire by email on projects@coolgardie.wa.gov.au to confirm attendance for the site visit by Wednesday, 25 May 2022 by no later than 4pm (WST). Please note that bookings will only be managed by email.
