Tender Description
The Department of Education (DoE) is calling for submissions for the design and construction of a new carpark and associated covered walkways at Southport Special School located at Smith Street Motorway, Southport QLD 4215.
The works comprise of re-surfacing the existing car park, construction of a new car park on the adjacent lot and provision of covered waiting areas and walkways to each car park. The works will have to be completed in stages and be completed by October 2022.
Tender submissions will be accepted from contractors with a minimum QBCC Builders licence with ability to undertake the entire scope of works.
