Tender Description
Tenterfield Shire Council (TSC) has received funding from the NSW Public Spaces Legacy Program (PSLP) for the design and construction of Stage 1 of the Tenterfield Youth Precinct & Mountain Bike Trailhead project.
Approved Project deliverables include the construction of a pump track, upgrade of skate park and associated carparking and landscaping, including BBQ and picnic facilities, bike racks, amenities, bike repair and wash station, drinking water and signage.
TSC is seeking suitably qualified consultants to undertake the design and construction of the project.
All work is to be completed by 31 December 2022. The Tenderer must provide a detailed Design, the construction of the High Priority elements listed and as many of the Desirable elements that can be constructed within the budget.
Whilst Tenderers that provide more of the Desirable elements in their submission will be considered favourably, the quality of the design, construction and whole of life costs of all elements will also be considered in an evaluation process.
