Tender Description
Scope: THEODORE: Banana Shire Council has 7 hectares of farmland available for lease at Lot 232DW346 on Malakoff Road Theodore. This farmland lease is made available under the understanding that the lessee must use this land to undertake cropping of non-food (human) type crops utilising the Recycled Water as the primary irrigation source. A Channel Irrigation Water allowance will be made available for this lease also. Please refer to the scope of work for more information.
