Tender Description
The scope of works of this project involves the refurbishment of two Unit Headquarters buildings, including internal fitout, patch and repaint of internal walls, ceilings, doors and skirtings. Works will also include remediation of internal stairway, repair of roof sheeting, gutters and flashings, replacement of emergency lighting and fire detection alarms and new door hardware and air-conditioning replacement and/or re-gas and replacement of emergency lighting and detection alarms.
