Club & cafe development

Expressions of Interest are called from Registered builders to be included on a tender list for the construction of a new two storey clubrooms for the Normanville Surf Life Saving Club and Normanville Cafe.

The project comprises of the construction of a new building supporting a new café and Surf Club recreation room, garage, bar, kitchen, gym, training, first aid and changeroom/toilets, entry, stair and lift with a public toilet.
