Second-hand Atco Hut 12m x 3m x 3m, previously used as site office and meeting/lunch room located at Northern Areas Council Depot, 2 Bondowie Street, Gladstone SA. Split system air/con, small kitchen bench, sink, cold and hot water. building does contain asbestos floor tiles.
Electricity disconnected at switchboard. Buyer's responsibility to remove all services to the building, pickup and transport at completion of sale.
