Tender Description
Homai School experienced leaks to Block 1 which were attended to over the staffroom. Following this the school commissioned two Building Survey Reports into the condition of the remaining roofing for Block 1. These reports have recommended roofing works to ensure it is in fit condition. The scope of works primarily relates to replacement of roof sheets and flashings to Block 1.
