Inland Revenue (IR) is seeking information that will help us determine its requirements for a Content Learning Library contract opportunity. Following this RFI, IR will decide on what procurement process we will follow, if any.
We are looking at the market to determine if there is a service provider who can deliver a content learning library that provides self-paced learning and resources focusing on people capability development as well as well-being and health.
We want an off the shelf subscription-based solution and it is important that the content learning library links into our Oracle HCM system (Atea Learning).
This RFI is to find out what solutions are currently available in the market and whether an Oracle based solution would be best fit or whether we can adopt an independent learning Content Library that can be linked via an API.
We are not looking to engage technical writers who can develop a bespoke solution, rather we are after an off the shelf solution that is accessible and relevant to a wide range of topics. We also do not want a solution that needs heavy resourcing to implement.
This is an opportunity to assist us to understand the market and help us to ensure we can deliver a product to IR that is fit for purpose and easy to use.
