Tender Description
Cumberland City Council is seeking offers from eligible organisations for the lease of office/outreach spaces within our local community centres.
Facilities will be either leased out or operated under a licence (shared use) model. The facilities must be utilised to deliver regular community services accessible to residents from across the Cumberland LGA.
The Contract Term is fixed for a period of (2) two years.
The spaces are awarded on a lump sum offer basis and the applicable terms and conditions of engagement are detailed in the attached Agreement and terms and conditions of hire.
Office Spaces -
- Auburn Centre for Community Dedicated Offices (4 office spaces)
Shared Office Spaces/hubs -
- Auburn Centre for Community Shared Office Space (1 office space)
- Guildford Community Centre Office/Consulting Room (1 office/consulting space)
- Regents Park Community Hub (1 office space and meeting rooms)
Eligible organisations will be assessed against their experience and capacity to meet the criteria on the online form.
Site Inspections - Appointment only - All visitors must comply with the NSW Public Health order.
Appointment Only site inspections during a two week period 16/5/2022 - 20/05/2022 and be arranged by emailing tendering@cumberland.nsw.gov.au stating preferred time and day. Please note that only two representatives will be able to attend.
