⁠⁠⁠Assess Implement Monitor (AIM) Grants SA

Assess Implement Monitor (AIM) Grants provide South Australian businesses with a subsidy to conduct businesses assessments and implement recommendations to improve their sustainability

Overview

Subsidies are available for businesses and not-for-profits to access energy audit/assessments to help them identify, prioritise, and implement business sustainability improvements.

Funding can be used for:

materials efficiency assessments
resource efficiency assessments (energy, water, waste)
lean production assessments
sustainable procurement review/assessments
research, design and business case development for implementation of circular economy principles
energy audits or assessment.

If successful, applicants will receive:

up to $10,000 for an assessment (co-contribution 2:1, GISA:applicant)
up to $5,000 to implement assessment recommendations (co-contribution 1:1, GISA:applicant).

What are the eligibility criteria?

To be eligible, you must:

use commercial waste collection services (in addition to, or instead of, council kerbside waste collection services)
have been operating in South Australia for a minimum of 2 years
hold a current Australian business number (ABN) and be registered for goods and services tax (GST)
hold and maintain Public Liability Insurance to the value of at least $1 million for the duration of the proposed project.

Not-for-profit organisations must be registered with an appropriate Australian and/or State-based authority as a legal entity.
