Central Highlands Regional Council (council) is seeking tenders for the temporary land use for the purpose of agistment of livestock on Lot 3 on RP856060.
The agistment will be for a period of 12 months only. No extensions will be granted under the licence agreement.
BACKGROUND INFORMATION
Land Description
Lot 3 on RP856060 is located on the southern side of the Emerald airport and is 80 acres.
The area contains dams however, the dams may not permanently hold water for any stock purposes. The applicant should consider that they may need to organise water for their livestock as part of their tender.
