Tender Description
Woodside has a requirement for the provision of subsea flowlines (thermoplastic composite pipe - TCP) in support of the Scarborough Project in the most efficient and cost effective manner, while ensuring the integrity of any adjacent assets and seabed infrastructure.
The successful Contractor shall be responsible for the following:
Engineering, manufacturing and Supply 2x 600 m sections of 127 mm ID TCP flowlines complete with end fittings and subsea accessories
Design, fabricate and supply subsea transportation and installation cradles
Validation & Factory Acceptance Test
Project management
Specific scope requirements will be communicated to suitable Contractors via an Invitation to Tender.

Internal surface roughness 5 µm
Operating temperature -20 to 60°C
Pressure rating 345 bar (burst), suitable for operation in 1,000 m water depth
