The City of Bunbury is seeking the services of an experienced and suitably qualified contractor to undertake pre and post-employment medical testing.

Prior to any offer of employment, a prospective employee is required to undergo a pre-employment hearing test, drug and alcohol screening, a physical (Musculoskeletal/Fitness Test) test and medical assessment by a General Practitioner. These assessments will be coordinated by the People & Safety department.

In addition, drug and alcohol testing is randomly conducted from time to time with People & Safety booking the relevant appointments for existing employees. Prospective employees are informed at the commencement of the recruitment process or issuing of a new contract that they will be required to undertake pre-placement medical testing. All existing employees who have been employed with the City of Bunbury for over two (2) years, where they are offered a new employment contract are required to complete the full medical assessment as completed by new prospective employees.
