Replacement of Mangles/Ocean Drive Beach Access Stairs

⁠⁠⁠The City requires the services of a suitably qualified and experienced Building Contractor to manage the replacement of the existing timber beach access stairs. The layout/footprint is to be similar to the existing structure and meet the requirements identified in the attached Drawings, Notes, Specifications and Concept Overlay found in the portal.

The contractor whilst undertaking the works will take all steps necessary to reduce damage to adjacent vegetation and or sand dunes and to control the public access to these areas. The works shall include all incidental work necessary to complete the replacement stairs to the extent of that it satisfies the scope of works, any drawings, drawing notes and/or specifications together with any Appendices provided.
