Tender Description
The Town of Port Hedland is looking for a suitably qualified company to design and construct a modular, 4 x 2 residential property for its staff.
The successful contractor will be responsible for all elements, to offer a turnkey property solution. Development approvals, compliance and regulatory requirements will be the responsibility of the contractor.
The contractor will also be responsible for landscaping, connection to utilities, data connection, cross overs and fencing as required so the property is complete and immediately ready for occupancy on completion.
The property must be designed and constructed in line with Category D cyclone regions requirements.
