The Langhorne Creek public toilets are located to the rear of the town hall on Lot 22 Bridge Rd, Langhorne Creek.
The programmed works include demolition and disposal of existing toilets and installing a new contemporary facility that comply with current DDA standards, building codes and trends including accessible and ambulent toilets, gender neutral consideration, baby change facilities and energy efficient systems.
Council is seeking to engage a qualified contractor to undertake all works required to successfully complete the build including, but not limited to, preliminaries, design, engineering, connection approvals, private certification, development approvals, material supply, demolition, installation, testing and commissioning.
