Tender Description
Parsons Falls Pumping Station is part of the headworks for the Fisher Power Station which is the first station in the Mersey/Forth Scheme. It is an unattended three pump station with a capacity of 2.73cumec located downhill from the Fisher Canal flume (approximately 1.6 kilometres from Lake Mackenzie).
To ensure a further 20-25 years of operation a refurbishment of this pumping station is required. The project will replace the major mechanical components and the electrical protection and control systems.
