Tender Description
TfNSW is seeking to engage a suitably qualified contractor to undertake the Coffs Harbour Marine Centre Office Refurbishment works.
The works include but are not limited to:
- Complete internal and external refurbishment of 32 Marine Drive, including the addition of an Emergency Operation Room;
- Installation of a covered storage area between the Fisheries and Police Marine Area Command buildings;
- Upgrades to parking and pedestrian access to current standards;
- Improvements to landscaping and wayfinding;
- Improvements to the external façades of the existing the Fisheries and Police Marine Area Command building.
