Tender Description

Scope of Works

 
Brisbane Move is seeking EOIs from suitably qualified companies for the construction of the new inbound and outbound Cultural Centre bus stations. The works include supply, fabrication, install and architectural fit out of the structures.
 
The awarded Subcontractor will be responsible for the whole of the infrastructure scope of works therefore partial scopes submissions may not be considered.
 
The scope of works comprises, but is not limited, to the following:
 
Inclusions
 
o Supply, fabricate and install the bus shelter structures (both inbound and outbound)
o Civil and architectural fitout of the stations including seating, cladding, bins and glazing
o Pouring of station base slab, capping beam, standard kerb, concrete pavement, concrete barrier and footpath
o Trimming of gravel base and compacting to TMR requirements
o Installation of ACO drainage, electrical and ITS conduits and pits
o All temporary works engineering and certification for the methods of installation
o Provision of method statements and documentation to meet the requirements and satisfaction of the stakeholders, including TMR and BCC
o Methods of construction and access requirements
o Allowance for out of hours work
o Provide all labour, supervision, plant, materials and equipment to complete the works
o Craneage lifting plans and delivery plans for shelters
o Completion of all structural steel, concrete and unbound pavement works to relevant TMR standards including provision for development of ITP’s
 
Exclusions
 
o Traffic management
o Communication with stakeholders
o Heritage, DA and BA approvals
o Site facilities (ablution and crib)
o Mechanical, electrical and ITS supply and fitout
o Foundation piles for the structures
o Supply of gravels
