Tender Description
OZ Minerals Musgrave Operations Pty Ltd requires the services of a suitably qualified and resourced contractor to supply, install, commission, operate and maintain a construction water supply system for the West Musgrave Project (WMP).
Key areas of scope can be summarised below:
1. Supply, site installation, commissioning, and operation including maintenance of water storage infrastructure (turkey nests and storage tanks) and water transfer pipe line, booster pumps, filed generators and piping distribution network.
2. Supply and site establishment and equipping of two raw water supply bores, including supply, installation, and commissioning of two submersible bore pump sets, complete with local power generation and fuel storage, local control panel and radio telemetry and control. Two spare fully complete and rotable submersible pump sets are to be included.
3. Supply, site installation, and commissioning of water storage infrastructure (turkey nest and multiple storage tanks) together with water transfer pump station and pipe line network.
4. Control, programming and telemetry system for safe and reliable operation of the system and equipment including automatic start and stop control, metering and alarm and fault indication.
5. Supply, site installation and commissioning of equipment.
6. Operation and maintenance of water supply scheme, equipment and associated supporting equipment and infrastructure, including provision of training in operation / maintenance requirements.
7. Operation and maintenance of the construction water bores and plant including supply of personnel, plant and machinery, re-fuelling management, maintenance, consumables and water supply production scheduling required for the West Musgrave Project.
8. Supply of all off-site and on-site labour, materials and equipment to complete the works including supervision, tools, plant / machinery, site survey, testing, reporting and inspection services for WMP raw water supply requirements.
9. Construction water bores commissioned and available for the supply of water to local storage commencing August 2022. Water pipeline network, together with transfer pumps supply to Construction Camp piping and distribution network commissioned September 2022.
