Tender Description
Acumen Corporate Property has been instructed by the Department of Finance to seek Expressions of Interest for the provision of office accommodation, warehouse space and hardstand within Mandurah and Pinjarra industrial areas on behalf of the State Government.
KEY REQUIREMENTS ARE:
- Location is to be in Mandurah or Pinjarra
- office space of approximately 330 square metres;
- warehouse space of approximately 300 square metres;
- hardstand/yard space of approximately 1,250 square metres.
