Tender Description
• Identify, locate and de-energise existing underground services within development site. Remove spoil from site.
• Isolate, disconnect and remove existing powerheads located within the development site. Powerheads to be retained for future use
• Install new roads infrastructure, footpaths, retaining walls, lighting, and car parking
• Upgrade and install all new services infrastructure (electrical, hydraulic, data)
• Manage / coordinate the installation of the pool area. (All pool delivery works within pool boundary area by others)
• Manage/Coordinate/Schedule the delivery and installation of 9 new cabins including services. (Cabins, footings, delivery, cranage etc. by others)
• Connection and commissioning of all utility services to cabins, pool plant room and ancillary buildings
• Installation of communications conduits linking the new cabins to the existing infrastructure
• Install all landscaping works including any tree protection requirements
• Preliminary services work associated with the provision of the operation and installation of the boom gate
• as described in the Technical Specification and drawings to this tender.
