Design and Construction of works to stabilise Old Post Office heritage building, Tarlington Place, Prospect for Blacktown City Council.

Scope of work consists of

a) Design consultants. Works include design, documentation inspections and/or certification by

• Heritage Architect

• Structural Engineer

• PCA

b)Construction of building works to stabilise Old Post Office heritage building.

• Underpinning all footing to bedrock.

• Roofing, replace some roof framing and roofing plumbing.

• Storm water works

• Damp proof course.

• Wall demolition and construction to water proof building
