Tender Description
The Parliamentary Service (PS) provides administrative and support services to members of Parliament including payroll services for approximately 1,100 staff across six agencies. The purpose of the early market engagement process is to obtain broad market insights on the topics set out below:
- Technology solution options
- Trends and innovation
- Service model
- Pricing model
At this point in time, engagement with the market is purely to inform PS options and considerations of its next steps.
The early market engagement will be conducted via a 75-minute individual meeting (or meetings) with suppliers where they will be able to bring a short presentation (approximately six slides). For the avoidance of doubt no written proposal is required.
The meetings will likely occur between the 2 May 2022 - 13 May 2022. For more information regarding the topics, our current state and the meetings please see attached for the meeting protocols.
