Shoalhaven City Council (Council) invites tenders for the carrying out of construction work for the Secured Overflow Carpark and Helicopter Landing Site (HLS) within the Integrated Emergency Management Centre (IEMC), West Nowra in accordance with this Request for Tender (RFT).

The project involves the construction of a 46-lot car park and HLS. The current capacity of formalised car parking at the IEMC is insufficient during peak usage times. The overflow parking area currently being used is not secured, and not ideal for emergency service personnel when being deployed for an unknown amount of time. The exiting HLS does not comply to any standard and is hazardous for use in its current state.
