Request for Tender – Sewage Treatment Plant Outfall Extension

⁠⁠⁠The Port Arthur Historic Site Management Authority (PAHSMA) invites tenders from suitably qualified and experienced civil contractors to construct and commission a new sewage treatment plant outfall.

The successful contractor will:

• Construct new sewage treatment plant outfall pipe as per existing design specifications and industry standards, including the below tasks;
• Tie in new stub piece to existing maintenance hole and connect new outfall pipe;
• Undertake groundworks to install new pipe to approximately 10m below sea level and 70m offshore;
• Cover pipe with grout mattress and anchor blocks at the specified spacing; and
• Demolish current outfall and make-good area after commissioning new outfall.

The anticipated contract commencement date is by 23 May 2022.
