Tender Description
The Surat water network is supplied from the Balonne River. There are two reticulation networks, one treated for potable supply and one direct from the river for garden use.
The potable supply is treated and stored in a reservoir and is then pumped to the tower to supply the town by gravity. There are two lift pumps to the tower and they are very old, requiring replacement.
Maranoa Regional Council is inviting suitably qualified and experienced pump suppliers to submit a Lump Sum pricing and supporting documentation for the design, supply and installation of the pumps, controller and manifold. The scope of work will include the design, supply and installation of pumps, controller, and manifold. A VSD is to be supplied and installed as well as part of this RFQ.
