Tender Description
The City is seeking the services of a suitably qualified and experiences consultant to undertake a best practice service review of the Planning, Building and Environmental Health Directorate.
The City has undertaken two recent reviews being the Independent Review, completed by Bronwyn Weir, and Stage 1 of the Organisational Review, completed by Garry Hunt. Stage 1 of the Organisational Review was used to identify areas in the City business that may require further work and analysis.
There are seven specific recommendations addressing the Planning, Building and Environmental Health Directorate including the need to conduct the review for this Directorate and reference to a focus on the compliance approach for the City. The seven recommendations are detailed in Table 1 of this document.
