Joining a small, multi-talented team we are seeking people with a broad range of ICT helpdesk and project support skills. We are looking for highly adaptive and collaborative individuals that can work across multiple projects, able to understand and solve technical problems and work with internal and external stakeholders to deliver ICT solutions and outcomes.
This role sits in the Agency’s Technology and Change Section within the Data and Technology Branch. The Section is responsible for a range of functions including: ICT Strategy, development and maintenance of agency ICT products, information management, ICT business improvement initiatives and change, provide in-house technical advice and work closely with our ICT Service Provider.
The Technical/Project Support Officer will:
• Work collaboratively with technical and business stakeholders to identify and resolve issues.
• Build and maintain appropriate and effective business relationships with our service provider, project team and internal stakeholders.
• Maintain a database of all IT equipment across all office locations
• Liaise with NRRA Shared Services provider to keep track of IT equipment on hand vs ordered.
• Coordinate the distribution of IT equipment to all Agency staff including remote staff.
• Understand technical information and communicate it effectively at all levels to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Support the Project and Product Leads across the section with project planning, administration, reporting and deliverables.
