Tender Description
Maritime Safety Queensland (MSQ) owns and maintains eight boat harbours located along the Queensland coast. MSQ manages the boat harbours according to commercial principles. MSQ is responsible for maintenance and safety of the facilities available for use by recreational boat owners and the general public.
MSQ boat harbour locations:
1. Manly Boat Harbour located off Royal Esplanade, Manly
2. Cabbage Tree Creek Boat Harbour located off Sinbad St, Shorncliffe
3. Scarborough Boat Harbour located off Bird O'Passage Pde
Purpose
This tender is for commercial cleaning services in the Manly Boat Harbour.
Objectives
Provide competent and reliable staff to undertake professional cleaning activities in the three MSQ managed boat harbours.
Implement safe work practices and methodology and per Australian WH&S standardbreds
Use proven environmentally safe chemicals for each application (this is as per Aust standards)
