Tender Description
Daewoo Shipbuilding & Marine Engineering Co., Ltd is seeking expressions of interest from service providers able to provide Cast Padeyes for mooring anchor suction piles in support of the Jansz-Io Compression Project.
Contractor shall be responsible for the design, engineering, fabrication, inspection, marking, testing, documentation, packing, and preparation for transport of Cast Padeyes for installation on Jansz-Io Field Control Station.
The scope of supply shall include:
• Thirteen (13) Cast Padeyes
• 2 per HT/batch WPQT coupons 100 mm x 305 mm x 914 mm
• Cast material shall conform with Grade 420 steel from NORSOK M-122
• All materials shall be new and unused. Materials shall be traceable to the exact location of the original mill and heat number of the raw
• DNV classification of the padeye material and fabrication
