Request for Expressions of Interest to sell Baby Grand Piano that is based at Yeppoon Town Hall
Project Purpose
Expressions of Interest are sought from interested persons who seek to purchase the Baby Grand Piano that has been based at Yeppoon Town Hall since 2012.
Objectives
The primary objective is to advertise to the community and re house the asset to a private member or community group who will be able to store, repair and use for the intent that it should.
Location
The Baby Grand Piano is located on the ground floor of Yeppoon Town Hall and inspections are welcomed (during business hours of 9am - 4pm Monday to Friday)
Timeline
Desired removal date of the Baby Grand is by mid July 2022
Selection Process
Submissions will be evaluated according to:
• Capacity to deliver within the required timeframe
• Value RI(2,

The EOI is for the acquisiotion of the asset, it is the submitters responsibility to also organise removal of the Baby Grand Piano (separate costs to
