Tender Description
Council is seeking quotes for the development and delivery of Cultural Capability Training across the entire region covered by Council, on an as required basis.
Council requires that the cultural capability content be area and local government specific to support Council to build the skills, knowledge, behaviours and systems to better plan, support, improve and deliver services in a culturally respectful and appropriate manner relevant to our region. Training delivery will be undertaken throughout the Toowoomba Region in a mix of face-to-face and online formats. Development of an e-learning module also forms part of this request.
