Toowoomba Regional Council (Council) would like to offer an opportunity to interested parties to tender for the purchase of the office building on leased commercial land space within the Toowoomba Airport precinct. The premises will be sold in as is condition.

The office is located at the Toowoomba Aerodrome, 400-484 Bridge Street, Toowoomba, known as “Lease D” (Site B15).

The Toowoomba Aerodrome is home to around 33 hangars, consisting of flight schools, commercial businesses and community aid organisations such as the Royal Flying Doctors and Lifeflight. The Toowoomba Aerodrome has between 28,000 and 30,000 aircraft movements per year, with around 570 take offs and landings per week.
