Tender Description
Northern Territory Primary Health Networks (NT PHN) is funded by the Australian Government to develop and coordinate an equitable, comprehensive primary health care system and an engaged health workforce driven by community needs. NT PHN's members are Aboriginal Medical Services Alliance Northern Territory (AMSANT), the Northern Territory Government Department of Health and Health Providers Alliance NT. NT PHN works closely with health consumers, community organisations and service providers in commissioning health services that are integrated across the health system.
This Request for Tender (RFT) / Grant Round is open for appropriately qualified and experienced organisations and/or consortiums interested in delivering projects and/or activities in the identified priority areas within the Northern Territory. Small grants for up to $20,000 or larger grants are available for up to $100,000.
