Naracoorte Regional Livestock Exchange Canteen - Lease to Operate

⁠⁠⁠Naracoorte Lucindale Council is seeking expressions of interest, from persons or organisations, to operate the Naracoorte Regional Livestock Exchange canteen.

Lease period will be for a maximum period of three (3) years. The canteen is a fully equipped commercial kitchen, and a nominal lease fee will apply. The canteen is required to be open on all sale days - that is, every Tuesday, fourth Thursday of the month and additional feature sales held from October to February. Due to the high turnover of traffic throughout the facility, there is opportunity to grow or expand the business on non-sale days.

Inspection of the canteen may be arranged by contacting the Council Office.

Expressions of Interest must be submitted in writing by 5pm on Friday 13th May 2022.
